You play as Eve, a college student who along with her friend Sandy is press-ganged into investigating an abandoned mansion. The mansion turns out to be haunted, and you must find your way into its inner sanctum whilst avoiding any potentially transformative mishaps along the way.

Download the file and extract it, then you should just be able to run Game.exe.

I think the game is broken for some reason could not light the two candles no matter what
Did you first place the ladder under the candles to reach them?
It still would not let me reach them for some reason
You need to place the ladder and then use the candle in your inventory while standing in front of it. The candle you're holding also needs to be lit. You can light it on one of the other torches.
is there anywhere that i can find a full guide to this game? im not that smart when it comes tp puzzles and cant figure out what to do after getting the chain off the door.

The other thing you have to do to open the door involves the unlit torches on either side. You will need a way to reach them and a way to light them.
I knew what to do next because I was still puzzled about how to cut the chains or get those gems out of the statue I tried all the ways and was still puzzled bout them.
The book lying open in the library should help you get rid of the chains.
